Born on a Thursday: lucky colours, the colour to avoid, and lucky numbers
Read off the ทักษา wheel, counting from the planet of the birth day. A Thursday birth starts from พฤหัส · Jupiter, the planet numbered 5.
The colours for a Thursday birth
- Your dayorange
- For worklight blue
- For luckred
- To avoidpurple
These four are read off the ทักษา wheel, which seats the eight planets in a ring and counts round from the planet of the day you were born.
The digits for a Thursday birth
Each of the eight planets carries a number, so the same wheel gives digits as well as colours. These are the same four seats as the colours above.
| Seat | Digit | Planet | Governs |
|---|---|---|---|
| บริวาร | 5 | พฤหัส · Jupiter | the people around you — family, friends, the ones close enough to catch it on your bad days |
| เดช | 6 | ศุกร์ · Venus | authority, reputation, the position you hold — where you stand in other people's eyes |
| ศรี | 1 | อาทิตย์ · the sun | fortune, what you come to own, and being liked without having to work at it |
| กาลกิณี | 7 | เสาร์ · Saturn | obstacles and sorrow. The texts say to avoid it; they do not say it will happen |
The กาลกิณี digit and a phone number
The number shop berded.in.th states the rule: the กาลกิณี digit for your birth day must not sit in the last 2 digits of a phone number. For a Thursday birth, that digit is 7.
The texts say which number sits where and which to avoid. They do not say why. So we give the position and promise nothing about changing your number changing your life.
Why there is no colour for money
Many sites also give a colour for money and one for charm. But the same table puts the money colour for a Sunday birth at มูละ and the one for a Saturday birth at มนตรี: two seats for one subject. So we say the sources disagree rather than choose for you.
Do the birth-day colours change every year?
Not on the ทักษา wheel. The year is not part of the reckoning, so the same birth day gets the same answer every year. Lists that change every year or every month are therefore not read off this wheel alone. We compared them: some colours match and some do not.

These colours are computed from the ทักษา wheel rather than copied from a table. We checked them against two published tables and they agree on all seven days, but no practitioner has reviewed them.
