How it is worked out
ผลรวม is every digit of the number added together, which means it cannot see order: numbers built from the same digits in a different arrangement always come to the same total. That is why the sum carries less weight than the คู่เลข in our formula.
No Thai mobile number adds up to this. They begin 06, 08 or 09, which puts every possible total between 6 and 81. This one is in the table for completeness.
